The calendar of Tsog and Sojong practice
Following the instructions of our teacher, we practice Longchen Nyingthik ngondro as a daily practice. Every 15th and 30th lunar days we gather in our centre to practice together ngondro as well as sojong (restoration of Bodhisattvas’ vows). On the 10th and 25th days of the lunar calendar we perform together tsog practices (feast offering) of Rigdzin Dupa (Guru Rinpoche) and Yumka Dechen Gyalmo (Dakini Yeshe Tsogyal).
